Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel your enrollment, here’s how it works:

• Full Refund: Available if cancellation is requested at least 14 days before the cohort start date.

• Partial Refunds: 50% is available if cancellation is requested at least 5 days before the cohort start date.

• No Refunds: After the first day of classes, we do not offer refunds — but we’re happy to transfer your enrollment to a future cohort or offer credit toward another track.

To Cancel or Reschedule:

Email us at info@skillwiseacademy.org with your name, cohort, and reason for cancellation. We’ll respond within 48 hours.
